Alwadi1 is extending our returns policy for orders placed. We will accept returns within 2 days for a full refund and within 5 days for an exchange. Please feel free to contact our customer service team if you have any concerns about returning your return item to us, we are happy to help.
Alwadi1 does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend that you return your items using the most cost effective shipping available to you which includes tracking.
Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below to keep your items in returnable condition:
Shoes
Shoes are very easily scratched on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on a carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and should be returned undamaged, along with shoes.
Swimwear
Please try on underwear for hygienic reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
Shirts & Dresses
Please be careful not to rub makeup or deodorant on clothing.
Refunds
Returns take 3-10 business days to process upon arrival at our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive an email confirming your refund. Refunds may take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact Customer Service immediately.
